Terms & Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to receive occasional marketing emails from Bellrae Marketing (opt-out available anytime). The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. No substitutions will be offered except at the discretion of Bellrae Marketing if unforeseen circumstances prevent fulfillment.
Redemption
The Bellrae Content Day must be scheduled and completed within four (4) months of November 13, 2025. Availability is subject to Bellrae Marketing’s production calendar and must be booked on mutually agreed dates.
Scope of Service
The Bellrae Content Day includes mobile content capture only, and at one location. It does not include professional videography, photography, travel outside the designated metro area, or additional post-production services beyond the 10 ready-to-post Reels with audio recommendations.
Use of Content
By participating, the winner grants Bellrae Marketing the right to capture, edit, and use footage and behind-the-scenes content for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Travel
Winners are responsible for their own travel to and from the designated content capture location within the Richmond, VA or Charleston, SC metro area.
Limitation of Liability
Bellrae Marketing and its partners are not responsible for technical issues, scheduling conflicts, or any loss or damage resulting from participation in this giveaway.
